The warm, inviting waters around Phuket are famous for the BIG catch! Charter an entire boat with crew for private use, or join others on a per person basis.

You don't need to be an expert. Fishing is fun and we can match a boat and crew to your skill and desire, whether you are serious about fishing or looking to enjoy a day on the water.

Your fishing charter includes all equipment... rods, reels, drop lines, bait and lures. Choose trolling for action sport fish, or relaxing day bringing in the plentiful and delicious bottom fish.

All Charters include transfer to and from any hotel on Phuket Island, a good, lunch, all drinking water, soft drinks and ice.

Day Trip

Minibus pick – up at your hotel: 0800 Arrive and board Meghit: 0845 Cruise out of Challong Bay to the Raya Islands, or to the continental shelf, fishing all the way. Buffet lunch served on board, BBQ chicken, fresh fruit etc. Plenty of drinks – tea, coffee, water and various flavors of soft drinks are all inclusive.  Return to Challong Bay around 1700hrs  (5 pm) and board the minibus for transfer back to your hotel. Have a refreshing shower.

	Bring your catch to our restaurant Harry' s Steak house and our chefs will prepare your catch for you.

Game for fishing?

Mahi mahi (dorado), tuna, sailfish, marlin and other species abound in the blue waters of the Andaman.

The deep blue waters of the Andaman Sea are ideal for game fish, and the region is on the migratory paths of classic fighting fish such as marlin. At certain times of the year, the sailfish fishing compares with anywhere in the world.

Year-round

Good fishing is available all year around. The period between June-August, when the seas can get rough, is especially good for sailfish. Gamefishing boats generally fish in the lee of islands such as Racha Noi and Racha Yai, during this season. Late November is a good time to go after marlin, tuna and any number of other fighting fish. By this time, the monsoons have settled, and the fish are biting.
